SR exothermic sleeves are vaccum formed for iron and steel castings.
We offers three levels of exothermic riser sleeves.

SR-S1- A mild exothermic material that does not ignite and is used when an insulating sleeve is just not enough.
SR-S2- A mild exothermic sleeve for when the metal needs to stay liquid longer.
SR-S3- A high exothermic product that adds heat to the metal for better feeding efficiency.

These exothermic sleeves can be custom made for your iron and steel risers with Diameter ranging from 1'' to 42 '' in different shapes and types (Round, Rectangle, Oval, Blind, Open, etc) and height up to 10'' & Neck Down and Cruciform Sleeves.
